More with Proportions

We took more notes on proportions then worked on assignment #14 page 646 #18-40 (even).
Reminders: HW packet #4 will be due on Friday, March 4th. We will also have quiz 11.1 on that day.

Percents and Rational equations

We started class with a warm-up on finding percents. Then we took a quiz on it. We continued notes on 11.1. No notes posted, but much more notes on Monday.

Review for the Test

We finished up discussing about the disciminant and worked on assignment #11. Then we worked in groups on a practice test for Friday' big test on Quadratics.
Friday: Parent signatures are due, and homework packet #3 is due (#8-10). A review of the group test and then the actual test.
